West Groton Water Supply District was formed in 1911. It was financed by local families who secured a bond to start their own water district. Today West Groton Water Supply District services and supplies clean, safe drinking water to over 650 homes & businesses in the district.
West Groton Water Supply District is pleased to offer assistance to low income customers who meet certain qualifications. Click HERE for more information.

Pursuant to applicable Massachusetts law and the District’s governing bylaws, rules, and regulations, the West Groton Water Supply District hereby gives notice that the District’s official website has been designated and adopted as the official posting location for notices and other information required to be posted by the District.
Effective September 22, 2026, official notices of the District will be posted on the District’s website under the "Meetings" tab, which you can access above or by clicking here.
The website will serve as the District’s official electronic posting location for public notices, meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and other notices or information as required or permitted by law.
Members of the public are encouraged to visit the District’s website regularly for current information concerning District meetings, notices, and other official business.
